Now for the introductions…

In this corner, the large purple dinosaur with the hooked-on-morphine voice. Throwing around 300 pounds of optimism…Barney.

And in this corner, the overweight lover of Triple Thick Shakes, the ambiguously shaped menace of the McDonald Gang…Grimace.

    C\'mon guys!!...look at Grimace\'s physique!! He\'s a giant saggy purple sack!! If he was steaming you\'d think the Jolly Green Giant just sqeezed him out after a night of Bud and burritos...he couldn\'t get out of his own way! He\'s just supersized it one too many times and he\'d would go down in a purple dung pile!!

    Plus he\'s got no teeth - what\'s he gonna do...gum Barney to death??

    In McDonalds first ad campaign featuring Grimace in 1971, he was known as the Evil Grimace. He had SIX hands with which to pilfer triple thick shakes--and kick ass. Later he turned good guy and took on his dopey chucklehead persona. Kind of the reverse path of Andre the Giant in the WWF who went from good guy to bad guy. Grimace also has a way tougher posse in his corner. The Fry Guys alone would kick the living snot out of those tone-deaf attention-starved kids on Barney.

    In Mike Tyson\'s Punchout, King Hippo (Who bears a close resemblance to the Smile Man) was easy to beat. Sure he barked at you and raised his arms up and down, but one punch to the X\'d out band aids on his belly button, and he was toast.

    Man I know Kung fu and even I wouldn\'t mess with the hamburgler. That dudes Ghetto...
    I\'m sticking with Grimace, My wife thinks Barney BUT! She thinks Spiderman could take Superman... Thats just utter Blasphemy.

    Grimace would be down for the count after Barney applied the \'Barn Burner\' submission hold.

    Then, when Barney was walking strutting around the ring celebrating, Hamburglar would come out and throw sand in his eyes ala Mr. Fuji! This would allow Grimace to wake up and ensure that dinosaurs are, once again, extinct.

    Man Grimace is old school. He knows the streets. Barney may be punchy But grimace would smoke him with a crowbar. (BTW Now I want a hamburger...Thanks)

    Grimace would take Barney in a second! His arms are bigger and longer! Barney doesn\'t stand a chance with those little stubs.

    Barney can transform into a stuffed animal. That is some serious skills. Barney would wipe that smile right off Grimace\'s face sumo style.
