Does Breastfeeding Get My Wife Hot and Bothered?

questions you don’t have the balls to ask your own wives.

Chick, I have read that some women get turned on when they breastfeed. Is this true?

Dear Dude,

Breastfeeding doesn’t turn women on per se, but it does arouse our bodies. While breastfeeding, we release two hormones: prolactin and oxytocin. The prolactin makes us relax and the oxytocin (which is responsible for uterine contractions during childbirth and pleasure contractions during orgasm) causes our uterus to contract post childbirth to shrink the uterus back to pre-baby size. For some women, more oxytocin releases and causes for us to have pleasure contractions and become aroused, and for some women, lead to orgasm.

So we don’t consciously think, “Oh YEAH! I haven’t slept for more than two hours at a time, my nipples are sore and chapped, and my other boob is dripping! I am SOOO in the mood right now!” We are just having an unconscious reaction to the stimulation of our nipples through the releasing of hormones induced by breastfeeding. And no, you cannot squeeze in to see if you can get some action.

Good Luck,

The Chick

  • Thanks for such nice post. It reminded me of days when my wife was breastfeeding our first child. She was always excited about all this.
  • I think so. But on the contrary, it does make her hot tempered too. :(
  • Breastfeeding is very important for child as it is necessary for the immunity of the child. So it shouldnot be neglected at any cost.
  • Breastfeeding is not only beneficial for baby only its beneficial for mother as well. :)
  • Loved this post a lot, you have really made me remember the days when I was breastfeeding my little baby girl! thanks.
  • screwdad
Could we at least get a peek?
  • YOU GO GIRL!!!!

I swear, while I was still pregnant/breastfeeding afterwards, it was NAUSEATING to hear men constantly ask if they could \"have a taste\" of my breastmilk! In this day and age, breastfeeding is not something that every woman chooses to do. Some women have hang-ups about it... This could be due to several different factors, emotional or physical... But it\'s something that some women have to work through. It\'s draining to have a flock of men asking for a \"quick sample of the goods\" when you\'re already spent just trying to prepare yourself for the idea that pretty soon (after delivery or within the next 20 minutes) there will be something sucking on your nipple, draining the very essence of your being (ie: ALMOST ALL of your nutrients) from your already worn-out body.

So I completely agree, Chick, if you didn\'t spend 9 months (10 by the newest standards) inside of my womb, then YOU CAN\'T TASTE MY BREASTMILK!!!
