Let’s Make a Baby for German Engineering

What if Noodad and Foodad merged DNA and spawned an alien clone? According to the Routan Babymaker 3000, it would look like this:

Create Your OwnMake a Routan Baby

You know, with all this recent talk about men getting pregnant, it is no surprise that Foodad would make a good human host for 9 months. All kidding aside, you may be seeing the latest commercials about the new minivan from VW, the Routan.

The ad campaign features a “still smoking hot mom” Brooke Shields talking about people making babies for German engineering. Here’s a sample commercial.

So what do you think guys? Does the Routan have what it takes for dads? Personally, I am pretty happy with my Honda Odyssey. But my lease is up next summer and I am interested in taking the Routan for a test drive soon to see what I think.

  • Cool blog! This post is quite weird but somehow humorous. It really entertains me, the fact that you supported it with videos. With the super hi-tech nowadays, it's never far to realize this kind of technology. To some extent, there's a big risk in this cloning thing. In-depth studies scientific studies should be strictly considered.
  • Nice.... They employed the help of the lovely Brooke Shields for this and its well worth it.
  • I love it!
  • I saw the Routan up at a dispaly at Mont Tremblant and it looked pretty ugly in my opinion. Kind of plain, plus the Odyssey has been doing what it does so well for so many years now.
  • Good parental genes goes a long way in the development of a baby, and the rest should be followed by meticulous maintenance in keeping him healthy. On another note, Brooke Shield is one really hot mom, I wonder how she keeps herself in shape?
  • That is too funny... My wife and mine photos actually look like our kids....

  • Make a baby? LOL
    Really funny...
  • I'm doing some work with VW - I definitely think you'll be impressed with the Routan's steering and suspension, which Volkswagen worked hard to give a distinctly German feel. It also gets great mileage (the SE/SEL gets 17/25 - better than the Odyssey). Definitely give the Routan a shot.

    Thanks and Regards
  • Brooke Shields Looks so hot in those days:P she is still hot but not that hot:P
  • Oh my.... friends parents had this 20 years ago....

  • On a separate note - couples that have been together actually begin to look like each other! It's true - just watch in the mall, you actually begin to look like your partner as the years go by!

First of all the baby looks like your 1st son, Greg, I'm suspicious!

Secondly, saw the Routan up at a dispaly at Mont Tremblant and it looked pretty ugly in my opinion. Kind of plain, plus the Odyssey has been doing what it does so well for so many years now.
  • I agree.:)
