TIME INVESTMENT
This wagon is not the easiest thing in the world as there are some tricky parts to keep track of. I think what scared me was how prominently the directions warned me about putting the wheels on incorrectly. So I got paranoid and double, triple, and quadruple checked the parts. You will probably go through the same process. This is definitely one of those things where you will want to lay out all the parts and make sure you become familiar with them.

Estimated time investment: 30-45 minutes.

PAIN SCALE
The directions are easy to understand. The only real tricky part is step 9: Attach pull handle to wagon body. Nailing in the capnuts around both sides of the pin is tricky because there is nothing to rest it against. (The pin is not nearly as wide as the wagon itself.) My recommendation is you pile a stack of books so you have a surface to nail the capnut against.

Estimated pain scale: 2 blisters

Special note: If the capnut is crooked, you haven"t nailed it in far enough.

Good luck Noodads!
