Well I often use empty water bottles or even cellphone, my baby boy just love how my cellphone beeps and this keeps him busy when its time to change.

I’ve noticed my fussier-by-the-day-when-it-comes-to-being-changed daughter of 17 months has loved being asked to hold the next item in the process (ie: while your wiping, give her the diaper. Then ask for that back and hand her the Butt Paste and so on). This started working at about a year old for us.

I used to give my boy a baby wipe to chomp on. For some stranger reason, both my boy nd my younger brothers adore chewing on baby wipes.

Keeping old keys purely for babies sounds like a grand idea too
