Easy Mac

What a sweet invention. Sort of like when they started selling powdered drink mixes in premeasured individual containers. My kids love Mac and Cheese and nothing beats the convenience of Easy Mac. The only problem with Easy mac is by the time you cook the darn thing the noodles are hotter than Hades. By the time it cools down, it"s naptime. Here"s a trick: Put only 1/2 cup of water instead of 2/3 and then when the noodles are done, drop 5 ice cubes into it. The 5 ice cubes supplement the extra water leftover after cooking and they cool down the noodles in the process. Now that"s Easier Mac.
